SWB, situated directly on Pine Island Sound, offers a unique and picturesque experience for guests. It has an expansive private beach perfect for sunbathing, swimming, dolphin & blue heron viewing, and shelling. Need a break from the sun? Under the deck awaits shaded seating and a fabulous "secret" tiki bar (complete with refrigerator, ice maker & sink).

The three bedrooms are all en suites, with two rooms featuring king beds and one room with two doubles. Each room offers a stunning view of the Bay, as well as an attached bathroom and spacious closet. The first floor master suite opens to the screened-in porch, while the second floor bedrooms open to a large shared balcony complete with two lounge chairs - perfect for watching the sunrise over the bay.

The large expansive deck on the back of the house is a perfect spot to enjoy the gorgeous view of the bay. Whether you want to watch the sunrise or just relax, the deck has everything you need. With a hot tub, 4 lounge chairs, a relaxing couch, one Xlarge umbrellas, and a dining table, you can spend hours enjoying the beautiful scenery. There is a gate at the top of the steps that helps to contain children and pets (not shown in this photo).

North Captiva is a wonderful place to slow down and enjoy quality time with family and friends. Cooking and enjoying long leisurely meals together is a big part of the charm! The SWB kitchen is setup with this in mind and stocked with a number of luxury amenities. Renters will have the use of William Sonoma's finest: a vitamix, a kitchenaid stand mixer (with an ice cream maker attachment!), an electric green pan, and a le creuset 4.5 Qt pot. And, because you won't find a Starbuck's around the corner, renters will have the use of a DeLonghi all-in-one coffee maker which has a full cappuccino system on one side and a drip-coffee brew on the other.

Porch
The screened porch is a perfect spot to unwind and relax. It can be accessed from the master bedroom or the dining/living room and is ideal for enjoying the outdoors after dark when it can get a little buggy. With a seating area, daybed, and a card table for games, it's also a great place to escape the sun. The porch always has a refreshing breeze off the Bay, but there is a ceiling fan to keep you cool even in the warmest months. Sit back, enjoy the fabulous view and look for dolphins who often seen feeding off the beach in front of the house.
Two Club
Access
As a SWB renter, you'll have exclusive access to both North Captiva clubs - The Island Club and the Safety Harbor Club. The Island Club features two pools, a hot tub, a public restaurant/bar, and free bike/kayak rentals. Meanwhile, the Safety Harbor Club offers pickleball courts and a small pool. In addition, for those who have their own boat, there is an option to rent a slip at Safety Harbor Marina. Get ready to enjoy some fun in the sun!

SWB guests have access to a shared fishing dock located directly in front of the house. The dock is shared by six families and can be used for fishing, watching dolphins, and even dropping off groceries. Starfish also like to live under it, so starfish gazing is allowed too! Please note that boats cannot be docked at the dock for any long period of time. It is for drop off only.

Tiki Bar
At SWB, we've created the perfect spot for beachside relaxation. Our tiki bar, located just below the house and steps away from our private beach, is the ultimate hangout spot. With a sink, full-size refrigerator, a commercial ice maker and a blender, it's perfect for mixing up your favorite drinks and enjoying them in the sun or shade. Rain or shine, our sheltered tiki bar is the perfect place to belly up and stay awhile. Enjoy a refreshing drink and soak up the beach vibes.

Golf Carts
As a SWB renter, you'll have exclusive use of two new 4-seat club cars. These are maintained regularly and will be waiting for you upon your arrival. You'll be able to explore the island in style and comfort, with the freedom to go wherever your heart desires. Please note: no one under 16 or under the influence of alcohol is allowed to drive these. See SWB rules for more information.

Looking for a family-friendly rental that accommodates both kids and pets? Look no further! Our rental was designed with families in mind. SWB can accommodate up to 10 people (no more than 6 people over 14) and not only has two king and two full beds, but also offers 4 twin blow up mattresses as well as a pack & play crib. In addition, our large, expansive patio has a gate to keep furry friends and little ones safe. We have added games and beach toys, too, with families in mind. Enjoy peace of mind knowing that your loved ones are secure while you relax and unwind in the comfort of your home away from home.
